A "Crime Free Of Arizona" certified property, means that a particular
property has voluntarily allowed an in depth inspection of their
property in some key areas to help reduce the potential for crime
and take an active approach in keeping illegal activity off their
property.
"Crime free" certified properties have taken the time to be inspected
and audited, by professionals in the law enforcement and security
industry to make sure the property is safer than without these
standards in place.
It is not mandatory for a property to become "Crime free of Arizona
certified" but those that have made the choice to become certified
are taking a extra measures to make sure that residents have a
better community to call "home".
"Crime free of Arizona" properties must keep their standards
high for their residents or they risk losing their certification.
Certified properties can be audited multiple times, (with out
notice) during the year to make sure that their property is
keeping the "Crime free of Arizona", standards in place that
were originally required to receive their certification.
